Bangor, ME — Employers in Maine now have free access to a job-focused learning platform for workers.
The on-demand training is designed to enhance English-language skills, build confidence and boost employee retention. The platform offers employers enrollment support, live virtual classes and workshops, and personalized customer success support.
The Maine Department of Labor says the platform already is being used by adult education providers and workforce partners across the state but is now being made available to more local businesses. The training is offered through an initiative of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce, and in collaboration with the New Mainers Resource Center and the Maine Office of New Americans.
