OSHA to employers: Post Form 300A by Feb. 1

OSHA-Form-300A

Washington — The deadline is approaching for employers and their establishments required by OSHA to display their 2025 summaries of work-related injuries and illnesses.

By Feb. 1, Form 300A must be posted in a “conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted.” It must remain displayed until April 30.

Establishments with 10 or fewer workers, including temporary or part-time employees, or those in certain low-hazard industries are exempt from the OSHA requirement.

Employers and their establishments also must maintain injury and illness records for five years at their worksites, and provide copies, if requested, to current or former employees or their representatives.
